I have an agreement with VSC from march this year. I have been transfered out of my timeshares ok, but im now worried about this Reclaim Certificate i have recieved. It states that i could get anything between 10% and 100%, Its a big difference! My Reclaim Certificate states a maximum amount of £12,290 but im worries ill only get £1,229 ?

Has anyone had a payout on reclaim and can tell me if you get more than 10%?

Hi, im inthe same position, ive still got 2 years to wait for mine to complete.

I did a fair bit of research into its history and what other people have been paid out on in the past. Reclaim will never pay you 100% of your certificate, typically they will payout between 50% and 80%. Reclaim keep a small percentage for processing your claim at the end of the period.

At the end of the day, anything is a bonus, your out of your timeshare arn't you?

Thank you, i suppose your right, anything is a bonus. The timeshare was a burden and its a weight of mind now that it has gone. I would be very happy with 50% anyway.
